Our Story

Castle Gnome was created by myself, Erin & my husband, Kevin. In 2021 we were blessed with receiving our foundation girl, Skyfyre Tower of Terror, “Daisy”. We are striving to create an atmosphere that will help promote the breed through 3d printed household items via our website, Etsy, and eventually vendor booths at conformation events. Personally, I used to be a private dog walker/dog assistant for families on the Upper East Side in New York City. While doing this I was volunteering at The NYC Animal Care Centers of NYC. I decided to switch gears and work for ACC when approached with an offer. I worked as a dog and cat handler but was known in the facilities for my knowledge and handling of rabbits and exotics. Kevin works in healthcare but his hobbies are computers and tech. I went to school for Art History and Kevin, well, has more varying degrees that I can keep up with. So we wanted to combine our passions. Dogs, 3D printing & art . After some time, and research we were gifted with finding Justina and Nick Hagerman of Skyfyre Swedish Vallhunds in Florida. With the amazing support of the Val community, our Daisy is on the road to becoming a Champion and continuing the breeds lines.
